Refunds

We believe it is important for you to try our software without obligation.  To that purpose, we make available to you a free download version of our software you may use without cost or time limit so you can verify that it meets your needs.  However, once you have purchased a license for a registered copy of AutoVIP, we cannot offer a refund. 

Upgrade Discounts

If you are interested in an upgrade discount, please notify us before you place an upgrade order so we can verify the status of your current license.

You may upgrade from the Plus version to the Pro version at anytime and receive a 20% discount once we verify the version you are upgrading from.

You may upgrade from the Standard Edition to the Plus or the Pro version at anytime and receive a 10% discount once we verify your standard edition license.

You may upgrade once.

Lost Activation Code

The fee to re-issue an activation code is $30.00.  We reserve the right not to re-issue an activation code.  Please visit our Special Services page to request an activation code re-issue.

Please note that it is usually not necessary to reissue your activation code. 

The easiest option is for you to restore your database from your backup copy.  See the User Guide and/or our FAQ web page for more info.

Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax.  Typically, sales tax does not apply to non-tangible 'digital goods'.  If you believe sales tax is due at your location, it is your responsibility to verify that and pay it on your own.

Software CD

We do not offer our software on a CD.  You can make your own CD by copying the installation file from our website to a CD.

W-9 Forms

We do not provide W-9 Forms because Alembx Solutions LLC is not an independent contractor working for you.  Presumably, that would be the reason you want a W-9 from us.

If you review the IRS page above, you will notice that paying us for a right-to-use software license does not fall into any of the IRS categories and is therefore not reportable on a 1099 form and therefore you have no need to request a W-9 form from us nor do we have any reason to give you one. 

If you disagree, please let us know what IRS category from the link above would support your request for a W-9. 

Manual Invoice

An invoice is a document provided to itemize charges for products and/or services received by a customer but not yet paid for.  Since we do not provide activation codes or other services until after payment is received, the appropriate document is a receipt, not an invoice.

Our payment processors, Google and PayPal, email you a receipt for all transactions placed through them.  If you pay by check, your cancelled check is also your receipt.

Payment by Check

We accept payment by check but since the process of issuing an activation code becomes a manual process, there is an additional charge of $15.  If you need to pay by check, please contact us and we will provide the mailing address.
